Babafonik "Grand Mix" Music Performance

The main exhibitions of the 9th Çanakkale Biennial have ended, but events continue until the end of November.

Babafonik's Grand Mix project, emerging from the alternative/independent music scene, creates a multi-layered sonic universe at the intersection of mechanical and digital sounds. Bridging the natural, warm tones of analog instruments with the possibilities offered by digital sound technology, the performance is both "a rhythmic journey through time and space and an inner exploration."

Babafonik is the solo project of Turan Akkale.
