In order to exercise your rights mentioned above, you can send your request to Troya Kültür Derneği by written or other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Within the scope of your application, you can send your request containing the necessary information to determine your identity and your explanations regarding the right you want to use from the rights stated in article 11 of the Law, to Troya Kültür Derneği - in person, and send it via notary or other methods specified in KVKK.
Your requests in your application will be concluded by Troya Kültür Derneği free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost for Troya Kültür Derneği, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged.
