Large floating silks, delicately suspended and stretched out, inhabit the space of this exhibition. It offers a reading that is as much about the photographic plane as it is about the images it portrays. The images are less concerned with interpreting history or documenting the past, but more interested in the state-of-mind, in the silent poetry of traces and transformation; of that instant which gives life and takes it away.
